Companies & Organisations
Company records represent the businesses, organisations, or groups that your contacts belong to. A company can have many contacts; each contact can belong to one primary company.
Creating a Company
- Go to Contacts & Clients → Companies.
- Click New Company.
- Enter the Company Name (required).
- Optionally add email, phone, website, industry, and company size.
- Add a full address if needed.
- Fill in any custom fields your admin has configured for companies.
- Add notes in the Notes field.
- Click Save.

Filtering and Sorting Companies
The company list supports search and filtering by industry. The industry filter is populated automatically from the values already stored in your company records — no setup required.
Viewing a Company
Click a company to open its detail page. You see:
- All contacts linked to this company, with their roles
- Custom field values
- Company details and notes
Linking Contacts to a Company
You link a contact to a company when creating or editing that contact — not from the company page directly. When editing a contact:
- Select the company from the Company dropdown.
- Optionally enter the contact's Role at that company (e.g., "CEO", "Procurement Manager").
The contact then appears in the company's contact list.
If you need to remove a contact from a company, edit the contact and clear the company field.
Custom Fields on Companies
Admins can add custom fields to company records (separate from contact custom fields). To manage custom field definitions, go to Contacts & Clients → Custom Fields and select the Company entity type.
Editing and Deleting a Company
Open the company record and click Edit to update any field. To delete, use the Delete option on the edit form.
Deleting a company does not delete its contacts — it simply removes the company record and the link between those contacts and the company.
