info

Enterprise Plan — This module is available on the Enterprise plan.

The Sales Pipeline module gives your team a shared, structured view of every opportunity from first contact to closed deal. It combines a drag-and-drop kanban board with a full quoting engine, territory management, quota tracking, CPQ rules, and renewal automation — all in one place.

What's Included

  • Deal management — Create, assign, and track deals across customisable pipelines and stages
  • Kanban board — Visual drag-and-drop interface; move deals between stages in a single action
  • Quotes — Build quotes from a product catalog, apply CPQ rules, send to prospects, and generate PDFs
  • Activities — Log calls, emails, meetings, and tasks against each deal and mark them complete
  • Analytics — Pipeline performance, win rates, and revenue forecasting
  • Playbooks — Structured sales guides to help reps follow your proven process on each deal
  • Territories — Assign geographic or account-based territories to organise rep coverage
  • Quotas — Set and track individual and team revenue targets
  • Product catalog — Maintain a central list of products with pricing for use in quotes
  • CPQ rules — Automate discounting, bundling, and pricing logic
  • Renewal automation — Track subscription renewals and send reminders automatically

Managing Deals

Go to Sales Pipeline to open the kanban board. Each column represents a stage in your active pipeline.

Creating a deal

  1. Choose New Deal from the board or the list view.
  2. Enter the deal title, linked contact or company, estimated value, expected close date, and assign it to a rep.
  3. Select the pipeline and starting stage, then save.

Moving deals

Drag a deal card between columns on the board, or open the deal and change the stage from the edit form. Use Move for quick stage changes without opening the full edit view.

Filtering and list view

Switch to the list view at Sales → Deals to filter by status, stage, pipeline, assigned rep, territory, or lead source. Sort by title, value, probability, expected close date, or created date.

Quotes

Navigate to Sales → Quotes to view all quotes, or create a new quote directly from a deal.

Creating a quote

  1. Open a deal and choose New Quote.
  2. Add line items from your product catalog. CPQ rules apply discounts and bundle pricing automatically.
  3. The revenue guardrail service flags any pricing that falls outside permitted bounds before you save.
  4. Choose Approve or Reject from the quote detail page to move it through your approval flow.
  5. When ready, choose Send to email the quote to the contact, or Download PDF for a print-ready copy.

Activities

Log every sales touchpoint against a deal. Open a deal and add an activity — choose the type (call, email, meeting, task), set a due date, and add notes. Mark activities complete as your rep works through them. Activity history gives managers full visibility into deal engagement.

Territories and Quotas

Go to Settings → Territories to define geographic or account-based regions. Assign territories to deals so performance reporting breaks down cleanly by coverage area.

Go to Settings → Quotas to set revenue targets per rep or team. Quotas feed into the analytics dashboard so you can track attainment in real time.

Pipeline and Stage Configuration

Navigate to Settings → Pipeline to manage your pipeline configurations.

  • Create multiple pipelines for different business lines (for example, New Business and Renewals).
  • Set one pipeline as the default for the kanban board.
  • Add, edit, reorder, or remove stages within each pipeline to match your actual sales process.

Product Catalog and CPQ Rules

Maintain your products at Settings → Products. Each product has a name, price, and active/inactive status. Products appear in the quote line item selector.

Use Settings → CPQ Rules to define automated pricing logic — volume discounts, mandatory bundles, maximum discount percentages, and similar constraints. Rules run automatically when a rep builds or edits a quote.

Renewal Automation

Go to Settings → Renewals to track subscriptions approaching their renewal date. Send renewal reminders to contacts directly from the renewals list without leaving the module.

Analytics

Navigate to Sales → Analytics for pipeline health metrics, stage conversion rates, deal velocity, and revenue forecasting. Use this view to spot bottlenecks and coach reps on where deals are stalling.

When you send a quote to a contact, the system generates a secure, token-based public link. The contact can open the quote in their browser without logging in and choose Accept or Decline. Their decision is recorded against the quote automatically and the status updates in your pipeline in real time.
