Generate payroll GL export

Generates a general ledger (GL) export batch for a payroll run, mapping payroll components (salaries, taxes, allowances, deductions) to the configured chart-of-accounts codes. The export can target CSV, or a connected accounting system (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.).
